Carolina Colours

Carolina Colours is a master-planned residential community located in historic New Bern, North Carolina. It and its non-residential services encompass nearly 2,000 acres of naturally scenic terrain. The steadily growing community, with over 400 residences already occupied, offers homes and home sites designed to accommodate different lifestyles and budgets. Its various neighborhoods, many with traditional southern architecture, blend into the wooded terrain in a pleasing manner. The golf course (membership is optional) fits beautifully within the community, with no homes tightly hugging the fairways. The large clubhouse is home to dozens of activities, but for those that enjoy more active outdoor pursuits, swimming, tennis, and pickleball are all part of the Association-owned amenity package. There is even a park for your dog.

The community commercial component is highlighted by a Harris Teeter grocery, but many other convenient facilities, including banks, a dry cleaner, a UPS store, and a drug store, make daily tasks easy.

A 10,000-square-foot medical office building is under construction, with a physical therapy office already open. A new senior independent living facility and an assisted living complex have recently been added to the expansive North Carolina community.
