Clara Nicolosi

Born in the Jacksonville Beach area of Florida, I have always been drawn to the water.

After high school graduation, joining the U.S. Coast Guard was the most natural path for me. I specialized as a Boatswain’s Mate and was ultimately promoted to Chief Warrant Officer, serving with dedication and pride.

Upon retiring from the Coast Guard, and after nearly 20 years visiting family in Hot Springs Village, my husband, Michael, and I decided to make this beautiful community our permanent home. Following in the footsteps of her brother-in-law, Anthony, I transitioned to a career in real estate.

Joining the RE/MAX team in 2007, I advanced to become the Principal Broker, then the Financial Administrator, and eventually the General Manager for the previous owner. In 2015, I had the honor of becoming the new local franchise owner.

After many wonderful years here, my husband and I are still in love with Hot Springs Village — and we’re passionate about helping others find their perfect home in this amazing place!
